September 18-19, 2017 * JW Marriott * Orlando, FL
About the Conference
With a growing and aging population and the influx of the newly insured entering the healthcare system, demand on our nation’s hospitals and healthcare systems is increasing. Integrated strategies are vital in supporting discharge and capacity planning and management, streamlining patient flow and throughput, and patient access. Optimizing efficiency of the emergency department, decreasing patient wait times, and enhancing care coordination are key components to moving the patient quickly, efficiently and safely through the hospital system.
This conference convenes hospital, health system and industry experts to discuss best practices to improve discharge planning and processes; enhance emergency department operational efficiencies and care coordination; and leverage data and technology to improve patient flow, patient satisfaction, and health outcomes. Through national updates and practical case studies, the conference will provide you with the latest evidence and practice tools to improve discharge planning and collaboration at your hospital.
