Growing Hospice Through Partnerships and Outcomes Selling

This workshop will discuss the importance of understanding the customer, forming partnerships and using outcomes to grow hospice programs. At the end of the session the participant will be able to articulate key value propositions to segments of the healthcare referral system, including hospitals, nursing homes, assisted living, physicians and home health agencies. In addition, the participant will be able to name at least one pertinent hospice outcome that could enhance each of these partnerships. Learning Objectives:
-       Review of Medicare outcomes reporting through the Medicare "Compare" websites
-       Identify Hospice Compare Outcomes
-       Analysis of key outcomes impacted by the hospice agency for each segment
-       Action steps for ensuring your hospice outcomes support excellence for your key referral sources
-       Tools for tracking and selling outcomes
